What about moles?

Moles require particular care.

If you have any concerns about a mole, or if it has recently changed in size, shape or colour, become itchy, painful, inflamed, crusty or started bleeding, we recommend that you see your GP before considering removal.

This is important because a changing or unusual mole may require medical assessment and, where appropriate, specialist investigation rather than cosmetic removal.

At Renew Clinic, we will always prioritise your wellbeing and will only recommend removal when we are satisfied that the procedure is appropriate.
